Cancellation policy

We know plans change, and we will always treat you with courtesy. • 72 hours or more before your appointment: no cancellation fee. • 48 hours to 72 hours before your appointment: 50% of the scheduled visit. • Less than 48 hours’ notice, or a same-day cancellation: the full visit may be charged, as we have already reserved your team and travel time. If weather, illness, or an emergency is involved, please call or email us as soon as you can. We will do everything reasonably possible to reschedule at no extra charge.
